In order to be eligible for a refund, you must inform us within 14 days of purchase, items must then be returned in the same condition within 14 days. Please be aware that all dresses should not be tried on with make-up/spray tan or any oily substances. Failure to adhere may result in refund request being declined.
After the item has been received by us it will be inspected by our team of prefessionals and your refund will be processed. Payment will only be refunded to the original payment method used to purchase the item. Please note credit card payments may take 5-10 business days to process, please check your financial agent for their policy.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return of unwanted goods.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 28 calender days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
